Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike make sure commas and Unused are correct in User Guide
  - Nothing found yet.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


PAM4 IBIS checks:

- Bob showed the BIRD175.3 portion of the parser contract.
- Bob: It requires checking to make sure PAM4 thresholds exist for any PAM4 model.
- Mike: BIRD175 calls for that, but what will happen when BIRD178 passes?
- Bob: It is a check that will be undone when BIRD178 passes.
- Mike: [Diff Pin] has receiver and transmitter parameters that are not checked.
- Bob: We could revise BIRD178 to allow but ignore thresholds for TX.
- Mike: IBISCHK should not have to check everything, especially known problematic provisions.

- Bob: In AMI we have a Model_name parameter that gives an example.
- Mike: That does not sound familiar, where is it?
- Bob showed Model_name in the IBIS 6.1 specification draft.
- Bob: It came from BIRD155, in IBIS 6.1.
  - We could pass a small BIRD and put it in 6.1
- Bob: Vinlh and Vinh are required for Input but overridden for Diff Pins.
  - I'm comfortable with not permitting thresholds for Tx and fixing the spec instead.
